3 Halloween Ideas

  1. Orange-themed day – If you still want to celebrate Halloween without planning an elaborate party, you can have an orange-themed day. Students can wear orange, you can decorate with all things orange, and you can encourage students to bring orange foods for lunch or snack!
  2. What my teacher should be for Halloween – Give your studdents a picture of you have them pick what you should be for Halloween. They will draw your costume and then write a few sentences about it. I took their costume ideas and turned it into a class book that they loved reading all year!
  3. Candy Estimation Jar – Put candy corn or other small pieces of candy in a jar. Have students guess the number of candy pieces in the jar. You could put different sizes together and have students guess for multiple jars.
