Transform your math classroom from
absolute *chaos* to independent bliss!

Every day, you step into your math classroom with the hope that today will be different.

That your students will finally get it and actually focus on their work.

You know there is so much value in independent work… but your students just don’t have the skills to make it happen – and honestly, you don’t have the resources to make it happen either.

BUT every attempt to manage this chaos has failed.

Imagine sitting down to work in your small group, or call that parent, or just drink your coffee when you have a headache…

Your students are hard at work, calm and engaged in their independent work AND you didn’t waste a second of your planning time getting it all prepped.

Sounds amazing, right?

Your students are waiting for resources like these.

The Independent Worker Club is for you if:

  • Your students are constantly interrupting you to ask for help, even when they know what to do.
  • You’ve been spending all your planning time and your evenings searching for resources.
  • You have questions about how to manage student behavior during independent time.
  • You want to teach in small groups, but you don’t know how to get started teaching your students to be independent.

The Independent Worker Club is not for you if:

  • Your students are consistently on task and engaged in their learning.
  • Your planning time is used for grading, contacting parents, and analyzing student progress.
  • You are comfortable managing your students’ behavior during independent time.
  • You are already teaching in small groups and your independent students are able to stay on task to complete their work.

Say goodbye to absolute chaos when you join the Independent Worker Club!

Cheryl

I'm Cheryl, your go-to math enthusiast!

I started my business before I had a family, with endless time and energy to pour into it.

When I became a parent, I realized just how precious those resources are, especially for teachers like us. I knew I could help other educators save time and energy with the right resources.

While teaching 2nd grade, I faced new challenges every year.

Each class of students had unique needs, requiring different strategies to help them succeed—especially when working independently.

This constant adaptation led me to a discovery that changed my teaching life: the power of small group instruction.

When my students knew how to work independently, I could focus on small groups, making my teaching more effective and my days less stressful.

This inspired me to create the Independent Worker Club, a community where I share the strategies that worked wonders in my classroom.

You have questions. I have answers!

You’ll receive access to monthly resources (word problem task cards, choice boards, and games) each month. You’ll also have the opportunity to submit questions that I’ll answer in a recorded Q&A session every month.

With access to resources that promote independent learning, you’ll spend less time managing behaviors and more time teaching.

The resources provided each month are low-prep or even no-prep. You will only need to download, print, and copy for many of the resources. Some of the resources will involve cutting task cards apart and finding manipulatives to use for the games.

Each month, you will be able to submit questions that will be answered during our recorded Q&A session. I am also available by email to support your specific needs.

No. Each membership grants one teacher a license to use these resources. If a friend wants to use these resources, they should also purchase a membership.

As long as you remain a member in good standing, your membership fee will be locked in. This means you will be grandfathered in at this price, even when the price increases in the future.

Because of the nature of online memberships and digital resources, refunds are not available.

Yes, you can cancel at any time, but you will miss out on all the new resources and support each month!

Imagine the relief of walking into your classroom equipped with everything you need to keep your students focused and on task.

Visualize the transformation from chaos to calm, where you can focus on teaching and connecting with your students rather than constantly putting out fires.

Don’t wait to make this a reality. The Independent Worker Club is your key to a more effective and enjoyable teaching experience.
